The Science Behind Every Tab

Most toothpastes use fluoride to protect enamel. Fluoride works — but it can accumulate in soft tissue over time, which is why fluorosis is a real concern, especially for children in India where water fluoride levels already vary widely.

We use nano hydroxyapatite (nHAP) at 5% — the same mineral that makes up 97% of tooth enamel. nHAP physically integrates into enamel surface damage, restoring it from within. It doesn't accumulate. It doesn't cause fluorosis. And it's been used in Japanese dental care since the 1980s.

Combined with xylitol at 35% (which starves cavity-causing bacteria) and zinc at 0.7% (which neutralises odour compounds), every Neevo tab delivers complete protection — cleanly.

Questions We Get Asked Most

Will this feel different from regular toothpaste?

Yes — for the first 3–4 days. The texture is slightly different and there's less foam (because we don't use SLS, the industrial foaming agent). After a week, most customers tell us they can't go back. Less foam doesn't mean less clean — the cleaning happens through nHAP, xylitol, zinc, and brushing technique, not bubbles.

Is it safe for children?

Neevo ToothTabs use nHAP instead of fluoride — specifically because nHAP does not carry fluorosis risk. They are suitable for children above 6 who can chew a tablet without swallowing. Always supervise. Consult your paediatric dentist if unsure.

How does the cost compare to regular toothpaste?
