What is Neevo.life's Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel any order within 2 hours from the time of order placement.
No cancellation is allowed post the 2 hours Cancellation Window (from after the time of order placement). For further queries - please contact us at hi@neevo.life .
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or any Digital Wallet, you will receive a refund into the source account from our payment processer within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
We will charge a cancellation fee and process the remaining amount as a refund into your source account.
Will I be charged a fee for Cancelling my Order?
Yes. For every Order cancelled, We charge an amount (Cancellation Fee) equalling to 50 INR of the initial Order Value. This amount goes into our payment processing to our payment merchant; hence, it cannot be refunded back to you.
Can I cancel an order if the items in that Order were purchased on sale?
Yes, Orders containing items purchased on sale can be cancelled.
However, for such cancellations, we deduct a Cancellation Fee which is 50 INR.
How will I get refunded for cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your Order (only if it hasnt been shipped already), please follow the following:

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
No, we do not provide an option to change the address after the order has been placed. You can either cancel that order and place another order with the new address OR you can contact our customer support team at hi@neevo.life.
You can also contact us using other communication methods mentioned in the contact us section of our website.
I ordered more than one item and I want to cancel/modify one or more items from that order. Can I modify/cancel my order partially?
No, we do not allow order modification / partial cancellation of the order. If you choose to cancel, the whole order will get cancelled.
